Oils:

Valve Oils

>Al Cass Valve Oil - $5.00US per 2oz bottle. Probably the most popular valve oil in the world among professional players, this is good oil for general use on most piston valve instruments.  It's reliable and moderately priced.  It is a petroleum-based oil so avoid mixing it with synthetic oils since doing so will actually make your valves stick more.

>Hetman Piston Lubricant - $6.50US per 2oz bottle.  This is my current favorite.  It comes in two varieties: Formula 1 for tight valves and Formula 2 for valves with wider tolerances.  The Formula 1 type is great for most Yamaha instruments since they seem to have very tight valves.  I use Formula 2 on my Kanstul Bb, my Benge Bb/A Piccolo and my Bach C.

>Space-filler Ultimate - $5.00US per 0.5 oz bottle. This is a great oil for valves, but it's expensive for the amount you get.  The upside is, however, that it's long-lasting and you need only a relatively small amount to get the job done.  Like Hetman's, it come in two formulae: Ultimate I for most valves, and Ultimate II for tight valves.

>T2 Special Valve Oil - About $10.00 per 2 oz bottle if you can get it. This is the best valve oil I've ever used. It's a little tough to obtain but well worth it. Check out this site for ordering details.
>Blue Juice Valve Oil - $5.00 per 2 oz bottle. Another very fine valve oil. Many players like it but some complain about the smell. Try it for yourself
Tuning Slide Greases

>Space-filler "Green" - $5.00US per 0.5 oz bottle. This is one of the best lubricants I know for the 1st and 3rd valve slides.  It is relatively thin, light, long-lasting.

>Schilke Tuning Slide Lubricant - $4.50US.  This is one of the best lubricants for the main tuning slide.  It's long-lasting, and relatively inexpensive.

>Bell's Tuning Slide Grease - $5.00 per 2 oz bottle. This is a really fine lubricant for the main tuning slide. It comes in a convenient "nail polish" type bottle. It goes on easy and lasts a LONG time. A really great grease; especially remarkable since it doesn't contain lanolin.
